Job Summary
A company is looking for a Product Support Representative (1:00pm - 9:00pm PT Shift).
Key Responsibilities
- Support multiple product lines including SRSA Virtual Data Room (VDR) and Onehub
- Troubleshoot customer support issues via phone and email
- Document troubleshooting steps and maintain communication with customers
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of phone-based Product Customer Service experience with VIP customers
- 1+ years of Web & Cloud Application support experience
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Experience in troubleshooting software issues directly with clients
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) required
