North Carolina Senior Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Business Analyst - Enterprise Digital Solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to prioritizing the backlog and collaborate with the Agile team on stories
• Collaborate with the UI/UX team to translate business needs into applications and write detailed user stories
• Lead triage for production issues and ensure prompt resolution while assessing incidents based on client impact

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 6 years of experience OR High School Diploma or GED and 10 years of experience
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile teams
• Experience supporting digital onboarding or digital banking applications
• Experience configuring or administering SaaS software applications
• Understanding of IDV/KYC regulations and requirements needed for compliant onboarding
