Job Summary

A company is looking for an Onboarding Specialist in Bank Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with business proposals and presentations for customer sales meetings
• Set up customers, accounts, and service offerings within the IBS systems
• Serve as a liaison across functional areas to ensure accurate setup and execution of products and services

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Associate's Degree preferred
• Minimum of one year of experience in banking operations, customer service, or retail banking role required
• Strong knowledge of deposit products and money movement required
• Understanding of account documentation and retention requirements
• Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office
