Key Responsibilities
- Assist with business proposals and presentations for customer sales meetings
- Set up customers, accounts, and service offerings within the IBS systems
- Serve as a liaison across functional areas to ensure accurate setup and execution of products and services
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's Degree preferred
- Minimum of one year of experience in banking operations, customer service, or retail banking role required
- Strong knowledge of deposit products and money movement required
- Understanding of account documentation and retention requirements
- Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office
