Job Summary
A company is looking for an Operational Performance Lead, Franchise Essentials (Remote Opportunity).
Key Responsibilities
- Provide support to Select Service General Managers and the Leadership Committee, ensuring they have the necessary resources for success
- Lead innovative operational projects and develop content for internal resources and monthly brand webinars
- Proactively engage hotels to focus on metrics trending negatively, particularly in Rooms and F&B operations
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in a related field or equivalent business function role
- 3+ years of hotel operations experience, specifically in Rooms/F&B
- Experience using Hyatt's operational tools such as HySat and Opera
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality or a related field is preferred
- Data analytics and performance reporting skills to identify trends and recommend actionable strategies
