A company is looking for an Operations Specialist II.

Key Responsibilities

• Adjudicate complex claims and ensure payment accuracy
• Manage financial workflows for FSA, HRA, and HSA portfolios
• Support leadership in quality improvement initiatives and operational reporting

Required Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in accounting, finance, or a business-related field preferred
• 3-4 years of experience in healthcare claims adjudication or related operations
• Strong understanding of medical, dental, vision, and reimbursement claims processing
• Intermediate knowledge of end-user office software and proprietary healthcare systems
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment
