Vice President RTL Asset Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President - RTL Asset Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, track, and monitor the rehab and draw process, including strategy and project progress
• Monitor delinquent assets and drive Loss Mitigation options with servicers
• Conduct asset level reviews and collaborate with internal teams to recommend operational improvements

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5-10 years of mortgage experience in RTL/Fix and Flip, Collections, or Loss Mitigation
• Advanced knowledge of RTL/Fix and Flip loans
• Working knowledge of foreclosure and bankruptcy processes
• Experience with servicing systems such as LPS, MSP, or BlackKnight is a plus
• Ability to work independently and effectively communicate with servicers
