A company is looking for a Manager, Operations Systems (Zendesk).
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and optimize key Operations systems and tools, including vendor management and Help Center design
- Lead team members through recruiting, onboarding, training, and performance management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify system bottlenecks and implement continuous improvement initiatives
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management within a SaaS environment
- 2-3 years of experience leading a team
- Experience implementing AI solutions within support functions
- Proficiency as a Zendesk administrator
- Strong project management skills with a successful project delivery track record
