Oracle Cloud ERP & HCM Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Manager - Oracle Cloud ERP & HCM.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end project delivery for Oracle Cloud ERP and HCM, managing multi-track plans and critical paths
• Run weekly ceremonies and governance, including standups, RAID management, and executive reporting
• Own data migration plans and orchestrate integrations with trading partners and third-party systems

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of project management experience with 3+ end-to-end Oracle Cloud implementations
• Proven delivery of integrations between ERP/HCM and trading partners/legacy applications
• Strong command of ERP/HCM project mechanics including fit-gap and change control
• Working knowledge of FBDI/ADFDI, OIC/ETL, REST/SOAP, and reporting tools
• Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, and MS Project
