Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Human Resources Consultant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a strategic consultant and subject matter expert on complex employee relations matters
  • Support Labor and Employment Counsel in legal investigations and ensure compliance with HR policies
  • Mentor Caregiver Relations consultants and oversee employee relations research and performance management consultations
Required Qualifications
  • 8 years of experience in general human resources or equivalent work experience at the exempt level
  • 8 years of demonstrated experience in Employee Relations, Labor Relations, and ADAAA
  • Advanced experience in labor relations, ADAAA, or mediation
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (preferred)
  • HR Certification (SPHR, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SHRM-CP) upon hire (preferred)
