A company is looking for a Compensation Analyst to support its global G&A and Product organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted compensation advisor to client groups and key stakeholders
- Design and maintain competitive compensation frameworks and conduct market analyses
- Manage the annual compensation cycle and ensure compliance with labor laws and internal practices
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of compensation partner experience across multiple geographies
- Proven experience designing and managing merit and promotion cycles
- Strong knowledge of compensation principles and regulatory considerations in global environments
- Prior experience with market pricing using survey data, preferably Aon surveys
- Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills and comfort working with large data sets
