A company is looking for a Physician Recruiter responsible for recruiting and managing schedules of physicians working locum tenens.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to physician inquiries and coordinate all aspects of provider sales and service
• Recruit physicians to contract on a locum tenens basis using proactive sales techniques
• Facilitate the placement of physicians by matching their skills and preferences with client needs

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of experience in direct sales of products or services
• College level education preferred
• Experience in the healthcare industry preferred
• Ability to manipulate information using a large-scale database system
• Understanding of financial data and profit margins
