Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior People Business Partner & Talent Management Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to Business Unit leaders to implement people strategies that enhance business performance
  • Lead workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational design to ensure talent readiness
  • Coordinate performance management processes and facilitate talent reviews and succession planning sessions
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree or HR certification preferred
  • Minimum of 7 years of progressive HR experience, including 2 years in a strategic HR Business Partner role
  • Experience in supporting talent management processes such as performance management and succession planning
  • Proficiency with HRIS systems (Workday preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong consulting and coaching skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders in a global environment
