Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior People Business Partner & Talent Management Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic advisor to Business Unit leaders to implement people strategies that enhance business performance
- Lead workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational design to ensure talent readiness
- Coordinate performance management processes and facilitate talent reviews and succession planning sessions
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree or HR certification preferred
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive HR experience, including 2 years in a strategic HR Business Partner role
- Experience in supporting talent management processes such as performance management and succession planning
- Proficiency with HRIS systems (Workday preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong consulting and coaching skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders in a global environment
