Job Summary
A company is looking for a Recruiter--GTM (Go-To-Market).
Key Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruitment for GTM roles across Sales, Marketing, Customer Experience, Partnerships, and other commercial functions
- Act as a strategic talent partner to business leaders and hiring managers, advising on market trends and hiring strategies
- Build and manage talent pipelines for immediate needs and long-term GTM scaling
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of recruiting experience, with at least 3 years focused on GTM roles within high-growth tech or IT companies
- Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure, AI, or enterprise tech markets
- Demonstrated experience partnering with senior business stakeholders
- Proven ability to own and scale a function or business unit
- Experience with ATS tools (e.g., Greenhouse) and sourcing platforms
