• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, particularly in R4R hiring
• Proven track record of hiring recruiters and talent professionals in high-growth environments
• Strong understanding of compliance-sensitive hiring environments
• Ability to manage a high volume of diverse requisitions
• Experience delivering exceptional candidate experiences across various roles and levels
