Key Responsibilities
- Map, analyze, and redesign end-to-end talent acquisition processes for efficiency and candidate experience
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners and business leaders for workforce planning and strategic hiring
- Oversee dashboards and reporting tools for recruiting activity, translating data into actionable insights
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting operations
- 2+ years of experience in a people leadership role
- Proven experience in project management and process improvement
- Proficiency with MS Office, Workday, Phenom, and LinkedIn Recruiter
