A company is looking for a Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition Operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Map, analyze, and redesign end-to-end talent acquisition processes for efficiency and candidate experience
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners and business leaders for workforce planning and strategic hiring
  • Oversee dashboards and reporting tools for recruiting activity, translating data into actionable insights


Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting operations
  • 2+ years of experience in a people leadership role
  • Proven experience in project management and process improvement
  • Proficiency with MS Office, Workday, Phenom, and LinkedIn Recruiter
