Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join their team remotely.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to develop sourcing strategies and understand recruitment needs
  • Manage the full recruiting life cycle, including sourcing, screening, and closing candidates
  • Build and maintain relationships with candidate communities and provide strategic insights on recruiting metrics
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Communications, Business Administration, or related field
  • Eight or more years of experience in full cycle recruiting, preferably in a technical environment
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS; experience with UKG and iCMS preferred
  • Demonstrated experience in sourcing and recruiting for specialized technical roles
  • Understanding of EEO legislation and compliance related to recruitment and employment
