Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring managers to develop sourcing strategies and understand recruitment needs
- Manage the full recruiting life cycle, including sourcing, screening, and closing candidates
- Build and maintain relationships with candidate communities and provide strategic insights on recruiting metrics
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Communications, Business Administration, or related field
- Eight or more years of experience in full cycle recruiting, preferably in a technical environment
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS; experience with UKG and iCMS preferred
- Demonstrated experience in sourcing and recruiting for specialized technical roles
- Understanding of EEO legislation and compliance related to recruitment and employment
