Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Compensation Consultant to support the redesign and administration of incentive compensation programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and streamline incentive compensation plan processes, identifying gaps in data and workflows
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and recommend improvements for plan design and reporting
  • Lead the implementation of the ICM platform, coordinating with project management, IT, and vendors
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 7+ years of progressive compensation experience with prior leadership responsibility
  • Experience in incentive compensation program design, administration, and implementation
  • Advanced analytical skills for identifying root causes and resolving complex problems
  • Experience leading projects and managing cross-functional teams
