Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sr. Compensation Consultant to support the redesign and administration of incentive compensation programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess and streamline incentive compensation plan processes, identifying gaps in data and workflows
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and recommend improvements for plan design and reporting
- Lead the implementation of the ICM platform, coordinating with project management, IT, and vendors
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 7+ years of progressive compensation experience with prior leadership responsibility
- Experience in incentive compensation program design, administration, and implementation
- Advanced analytical skills for identifying root causes and resolving complex problems
- Experience leading projects and managing cross-functional teams
