Key Responsibilities
- Develop strategic recruitment plans in collaboration with clinical and administrative leadership
- Drive talent sourcing and branding through job postings and representation at events
- Manage full-cycle recruitment, including candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum of 4 years of clinical or provider recruiting experience, or 6 years in lieu of a Bachelor's degree
- Knowledge of HR practices applicable to physician recruitment and relevant laws
- Ability to work as part of a team and manage competing tasks effectively
- Proficient in customer service and maintaining a professional demeanor
