Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Employee Relations and Policy Management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage employee relations initiatives, conduct internal investigations, and ensure compliance with employment laws
  • Develop and update HR policies and procedures to align with legal requirements and organizational goals
  • Collaborate with the Legal team to assess employment law changes and support audits and reviews
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 8+ years of experience in employee relations and policy management, or a related HR field
  • Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
  • Experience leading complex employee relations matters, including internal investigations
  • JD strongly preferred; Master's degree or HR certification a plus
