Job Summary
A company is looking for a Workday Compensation Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Workday Compensation configuration, troubleshooting, and enhancement requests
- Partner with Compensation and HR teams to design and enhance compensation processes, including merit cycles and bonus programs
- Analyze compensation data and workflows to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Systems, or related field
- Minimum three years of HRIS experience, with two years of hands-on Workday HCM configuration experience in Compensation and Advanced Compensation modules
- Workday certification in Compensation or Advanced Compensation preferred
- Experience supporting compensation cycles in a corporate environment
- Proficient in Workday Core HCM, reporting, and business process configuration
