Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workday Compensation Analyst.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Workday Compensation configuration, troubleshooting, and enhancement requests
  • Partner with Compensation and HR teams to design and enhance compensation processes, including merit cycles and bonus programs
  • Analyze compensation data and workflows to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Systems, or related field
  • Minimum three years of HRIS experience, with two years of hands-on Workday HCM configuration experience in Compensation and Advanced Compensation modules
  • Workday certification in Compensation or Advanced Compensation preferred
  • Experience supporting compensation cycles in a corporate environment
  • Proficient in Workday Core HCM, reporting, and business process configuration
