Required Qualifications
- Mature and personal Christian faith
- Commitment to the organization's mission, vision, and values
- Desire to serve and empower the Church to impact vulnerable communities
- 1-2 years of experience in benefits administration preferred
- Bachelor's Degree in human resources or related field, or equivalent experience
