Key Responsibilities
- Manage payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance for clients' employees
- Act as the primary HR contact for India, overseeing onboarding and core HR operations
- Address employee queries and support compliance with Indian employment laws
Required Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of payroll regulations in India
- Minimum tertiary education (post-secondary)
- Proven experience in managing payroll, preferably using greytHR
- Deep understanding of Flexi Benefits and Indian tax rulings
- Good knowledge of Indian labor legislation
