A company is looking for a People Team Partner to drive impactful HR operations across the employee lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary point of contact for HR systems and support, ensuring accurate data entry and maintenance
- Support execution of key People Team functions such as performance reviews, onboarding, and People Programs initiatives
- Generate and maintain standard HR reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience
- Six years of HR Generalist work experience across the employee lifecycle
- Expertise in onboarding, recruitment, DEIB, CSR, or L&D
- Progressive experience applying foundational knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
