- Compile and submit benchmark survey data, ensuring data integrity and governance through audits
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a Reward/Compensation Analyst
- Strong data analysis skills with experience in handling large datasets
- Proficiency in Excel, including vlookups and pivot tables
- School diploma or University degree relevant to the role
- Strong command of English is essential
