  • Compile and submit benchmark survey data, ensuring data integrity and governance through audits
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience as a Reward/Compensation Analyst
  • Strong data analysis skills with experience in handling large datasets
  • Proficiency in Excel, including vlookups and pivot tables
  • School diploma or University degree relevant to the role
  • Strong command of English is essential
