Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 8+ years of progressive HR experience, with 5+ years in a strategic HR Partner role
- Experience in organizational development, change management, and talent management
- Deep understanding of HR best practices and employment laws
- HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) are highly desirable
