Key Responsibilities
- Manage and improve leave of absence programs, ensuring compliance with regulations
- Develop clear communication materials and training for colleagues and managers regarding leave policies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment in leave administration and support compliance audits
Required Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of FMLA, ADA, and other leave laws and regulations
- 3+ years of experience in leave administration or HR operations
- Experience in improving HR processes and managing third-party leave vendors preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
- Professional certifications (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) are a plus
