Key Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting across all functions using Rippling ATS
• Advise hiring managers on job descriptions, interview plans, and candidate evaluation
• Manage candidate pipeline and oversee onboarding and off-boarding processes

Qualifications

• Advanced experience with Rippling ATS (minimum 3+ years)
• 4-6 years of recruiting/HR experience in a high-growth tech environment
• Proven track record in managing full-cycle recruiting for multiple functions
• Strong relationship-building skills with executives and hiring managers
• Interest in expanding into broader People Ops and HR leadership responsibilities
