- Advanced experience with Rippling ATS (minimum 3+ years)
- 4-6 years of recruiting/HR experience in a high-growth tech environment
- Proven track record in managing full-cycle recruiting for multiple functions
- Strong relationship-building skills with executives and hiring managers
- Interest in expanding into broader People Ops and HR leadership responsibilities
