Job Summary

A company is looking for an Employee Relations Senior Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic Employee Relations support and guidance to management and HR Business Partners
  • Conduct and document investigations into employee complaints and lead conflict resolution efforts
  • Collaborate with the HR Compliance Team to develop and maintain employee relations policies and procedures


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Human Resources, or a related field with a minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience
  • Professional credentials (such as SHRM-SCP) preferred
  • Ability to navigate complex employee relations issues with professionalism and discretion
  • Strong leadership and management skills focused on fostering positive work environments
  • Experience in a matrix organization is highly desirable
