A company is looking for an Employee Relations Senior Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic Employee Relations support and guidance to management and HR Business Partners
- Conduct and document investigations into employee complaints and lead conflict resolution efforts
- Collaborate with the HR Compliance Team to develop and maintain employee relations policies and procedures
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Human Resources, or a related field with a minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience
- Professional credentials (such as SHRM-SCP) preferred
- Ability to navigate complex employee relations issues with professionalism and discretion
- Strong leadership and management skills focused on fostering positive work environments
- Experience in a matrix organization is highly desirable
