A company is looking for a Part-Time Recruitment and Onboarding Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
- Coordinate and lead onboarding activities to ensure a positive experience for new hires
- Develop and maintain effective recruitment and onboarding procedures aligned with the organization's mission and values
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Three (3) or more years of experience in healthcare recruiting; nonprofit recruitment experience is a plus
- Organized and self-motivated with the ability to maintain confidentiality
- Passion for serving aging adults and individuals with complex care needs
- Ability to commit up to 30 hours a week for recruitment activities
