Key Responsibilities
- Drive cyclical HR programs and lead engagement survey follow-ups
- Manage employee relations and provide guidance on performance and workplace conflicts
- Lead strategic people initiatives and partner with leadership on organizational design
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in PBP or related roles, preferably in a high-growth SaaS or technology company
- Proven ability to influence senior leaders and align people strategy with business priorities
- Experience in change leadership and supporting teams through organizational shifts
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and propose actionable solutions
- Ability to coach and strengthen leadership effectiveness in high-performing teams
