Job Summary

A company is looking for an Advanced Practice Physician Recruiter (APP).

Key Responsibilities

• Identify recruitment needs and collaborate with hiring managers to develop recruitment plans
• Sourcing candidates through various channels including job boards and social media
• Screening and interviewing candidates, negotiating offers, and managing recruitment data

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or 2+ years of APP recruitment experience or equivalent experience
• 5 years of experience with MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, and LinkedIn Recruiter
• Experience in interpreting Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Service Level Agreements (SLA)
