Job Summary

A company is looking for a Benefits Manager to oversee and administer employee benefits programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage leave of absence processes and oversee accommodations under applicable laws
  • Administer life event changes, COBRA, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
  • Manage vendor relationships and support open enrollment activities
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of progressive benefits experience, preferably in a tech or high-growth company
  • Demonstrated experience managing vendor relationships and supporting open enrollment
  • Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations related to benefits
  • Proficient in HRIS and benefits administration systems; advanced Excel skills preferred
  • Experience conducting payroll audits and analyzing benefit utilization data
