Key Responsibilities
- Manage leave of absence processes and oversee accommodations under applicable laws
- Administer life event changes, COBRA, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
- Manage vendor relationships and support open enrollment activities
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive benefits experience, preferably in a tech or high-growth company
- Demonstrated experience managing vendor relationships and supporting open enrollment
- Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations related to benefits
- Proficient in HRIS and benefits administration systems; advanced Excel skills preferred
- Experience conducting payroll audits and analyzing benefit utilization data
