Job Summary
A company is looking for a Payroll Implementation Manager in Sweden on a temporary basis.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee project set-up, manage client onboarding, and maintain project plans for successful payroll roll-outs
- Define client payroll processes, manage documentation, and ensure compliance with local tax and labor laws
- Lead data migration, testing, and change management strategies to facilitate a seamless transition to new payroll systems
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in global payroll implementation and payroll operations
- Strong knowledge of payroll processes and compliance in designated locations
- Experience with payroll systems and client-facing project management
- Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (Master's preferred)
