Job Summary

A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator (TAC).

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and execute the onboarding process for new caregivers, ensuring all documentation and tasks are completed accurately and on time
  • Collaborate with recruiters and maintain communication regarding the status of caregiver onboarding
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance the caregiver onboarding experience


Qualifications & Requirements
  • Proven experience in high volume talent acquisition or onboarding, preferably in the healthcare field
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Familiarity with compliance and regulatory requirements in the healthcare or home care industry
  • Proficiency in HR software and systems for tracking caregiver information
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; a bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
