Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Human Resources to oversee HR policies and manage the HR department's daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and implement HR policies and ensure compliance with labor laws
• Direct all HR functions, including employee engagement and benefit administration
• Lead HR strategy, including recruiting efforts and performance management

Required Qualifications

• SPHR certification with 5 years of progressive HR management experience
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
• HR Generalist background with knowledge of employment and training
• Strong multi-tasking and decision-making skills in a fast-paced environment
• Computer proficiency, preferably in Microsoft Office programs
