Key Responsibilities
- Partner with senior executives to develop effective people strategies and organizational design
- Lead strategic workforce planning and talent development programs for a hybrid workforce
- Provide counsel on employee relations, change management, and leadership effectiveness
Required Qualifications
- 8-10+ years of progressive HR experience, including 3 years in a business partner role
- Global HR experience in multi-region organizations, preferably with M&A experience
- Proven track record of advising senior leaders and managing complexity
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or HR certification is a plus
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in HRIS and people analytics
