- Build diverse candidate pipelines using strategic sourcing techniques
- Conduct interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit
Required Qualifications
- 5-7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a corporate setting
- Bachelor's degree in business, HR, or equivalent experience
- Non-IT recruitment experience
- Familiarity with iCIMS or similar ATS platforms
- Located in EST or CST time zones (EST preferred)
