Job Summary
A company is looking for an HR Operations Manager to manage and optimize benefits and HR operations in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead employee lifecycle management including onboarding, orientation, and offboarding
- Ensure integrity and accuracy of HR data and manage payroll processing for multi-state payrolls
- Oversee health and welfare benefits programs and manage benefit enrollment and communications
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in HR, specifically in benefits, HR operations, payroll, and performance/leave management
- 3+ years of leadership experience managing and coaching professional level employees
- Experience managing HR services in a high-growth, fast-paced remote environment
- Experience in project management focused on process automation and operational efficiency
- Proven track record of managing HRIS/HCM and performance management systems
