HR Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR Operations Manager to manage and optimize benefits and HR operations in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead employee lifecycle management including onboarding, orientation, and offboarding
• Ensure integrity and accuracy of HR data and manage payroll processing for multi-state payrolls
• Oversee health and welfare benefits programs and manage benefit enrollment and communications

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in HR, specifically in benefits, HR operations, payroll, and performance/leave management
• 3+ years of leadership experience managing and coaching professional level employees
• Experience managing HR services in a high-growth, fast-paced remote environment
• Experience in project management focused on process automation and operational efficiency
• Proven track record of managing HRIS/HCM and performance management systems
