Job Summary

A company is looking for a Recruiter - Behavioral Health.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a high-volume requisition load, primarily focusing on counselor positions
• Partner with clinic managers to understand staffing needs and ensure consistent communication
• Mentor and coach a team of phone screeners and junior recruiters in the candidate screening process

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
• 5+ years of healthcare or behavioral health recruiting experience required
• Experience recruiting in the AZ market strongly preferred
• Demonstrated ability to mentor or lead teammates in a recruiting environment
• Experience managing high requisition loads and partnering with multiple hiring managers
