Job Summary

A company is looking for a VP, People Systems to optimize People tools and support a people-first culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and optimize People systems ensuring smooth and secure operations
• Act as the technical expert across HRIS modules and drive automation and process improvements
• Manage and mentor a team of HRIS professionals to deliver quality results for internal customers

Required Qualifications

• Deep experience managing and optimizing HR systems, specifically UKG Pro and WFM
• Strong understanding of HR operations from hire to retire
• Experience with tools like Ashby, Deel, Lattice, or similar platforms
• Tech-savvy with analytical skills to turn data into insights and actions
• Collaborative partner with the ability to communicate complex topics clearly
