Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a full cycle recruiting process
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and goals
• Maintain applicant tracking system with accurate documentation on all candidates

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of technical recruiting experience
• 5 years of managing HR or recruiting staff
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Experience in government contracting and federal HR compliance
• ATS experience (Comeet/SparkHire Recruit preferred)
