Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of technical recruiting experience
- 5 years of managing HR or recruiting staff
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Experience in government contracting and federal HR compliance
- ATS experience (Comeet/SparkHire Recruit preferred)
