A company is looking for a Director of Employee Relations and HR Leave Administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee employee relations and leave programs, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and providing positive experiences for employees
- Manage the HR Leave and Accommodation team, focusing on process improvement and efficient workflow
- Lead the Employee Relations Consultant team in conducting investigations and managing employee relations processes
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or equivalent work experience in a related field
- 8+ years of progressive HR experience, including 5+ years in a leadership role
- Deep expertise in employee and labor relations and knowledge of 50-state leave laws
- Strong leadership, planning, organization, and stakeholder management skills
- Preferred: Master's degree in HR, Business or related field; Professional licensure or certification from the Association of Workplace Investigators (AWI)
