Required Qualifications
- 15+ years of progressive HR experience, including 7+ years in a senior HRBP or HR leadership role
- Industry experience in Data Analytics, Technology, or Automotive sectors preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field; advanced degree or HR certification preferred
- Strong business acumen with the ability to translate organizational needs into actionable HR strategies
- Understanding of employment law, compliance, and risk mitigation across North America
