Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. People Ops (HR) Business Partner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advise managers on HR best practices, employee performance management, and engagement initiatives
  • Align people strategies with business objectives in partnership with business leaders
  • Provide guidance on employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management
Qualifications
  • 8-10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 6 years in a business partner role
  • Experience in complex employee relations, talent management, and change management
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; professional certifications preferred
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills
  • Demonstrated success in designing and delivering manager training and development programs
