Key Responsibilities
- Advise managers on HR best practices, employee performance management, and engagement initiatives
- Align people strategies with business objectives in partnership with business leaders
- Provide guidance on employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management
Qualifications
- 8-10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 6 years in a business partner role
- Experience in complex employee relations, talent management, and change management
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; professional certifications preferred
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills
- Demonstrated success in designing and delivering manager training and development programs
