Key Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting for technical roles, including Machine Learning Engineers and Product Managers
- Partner with hiring managers to anticipate future headcount needs and develop sourcing plans
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through timely communication and efficient processes
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience in-house or with an agency
- 5+ years of experience sourcing technical talent via LinkedIn Recruiter and other tools
- Proven success in building pipelines for senior to principal technical roles
- Hands-on experience with recruiting management tools like Ashby
- Strong strategic mindset with the ability to translate business goals into recruiting plans
