Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the regional Compensation function
- Make operating decisions and interpret general policies
- Maintain confidentiality of personnel information and exercise independent judgment
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in human resources, business, finance, or related field, or equivalent experience
- Two years of experience analyzing/managing data using spreadsheets and other data management tools
- Solid technical and analytical ability with spreadsheet, database, and ERP systems
- Ability to work independently under supervision
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills to support Compensation and HR operations
