Job Summary

A company is looking for a Compensation Analyst.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the regional Compensation function
  • Make operating decisions and interpret general policies
  • Maintain confidentiality of personnel information and exercise independent judgment
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in human resources, business, finance, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • Two years of experience analyzing/managing data using spreadsheets and other data management tools
  • Solid technical and analytical ability with spreadsheet, database, and ERP systems
  • Ability to work independently under supervision
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills to support Compensation and HR operations
