Job Summary

A company is looking for a Personnel Manager to support the Space Systems Command in the United States Space Force.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and evaluate training and professional development programs for personnel
• Notify units of special duty and education opportunities, assisting with application submissions
• Track military performance reports, awards, and deployment information in accordance with regulations

Required Qualifications

• Must be a US citizen
• Secret clearance required
• Bachelor's degree or higher
• At least 10 years of experience in a related field
• Preferred: Master's degree and 12 years of demonstrated experience in a related field
