Job Summary
A company is looking for an HR Data Systems Analyst to manage HR data quality and governance.
Key Responsibilities
- Audit, analyze, and validate HR/People Insights data for quality and accuracy
- Build SQL queries, support data pipeline development, and create reports/visualizations
- Lead stakeholder communication, addressing data issues, and ensuring accountability from partner teams
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, IT, Data Science, or related field
- 3-5+ years of experience in HRIS, HR data management, business systems analysis, or data auditing
- Strong SQL skills and proficiency with reporting/visualization tools (Excel, Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
- Proven experience with data governance and large-scale organizational hierarchy data
- Hands-on experience with Workday or other HCM platforms is preferred
