HR Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR Program Manager to lead the development and implementation of HR service delivery programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and launch new HR Service Center programs and frameworks to ensure alignment with strategic goals
• Build and optimize infrastructure for service delivery, including workflows and performance tracking systems
• Develop and analyze service delivery metrics to drive improvements and provide insights to HR and business leaders

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• 5+ years of HR, operations, or program management experience
• Proficiency in HRIS systems and data reporting tools
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
• Prior experience in HR Operations or HR service delivery strongly preferred
• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or Business; PHR or SPHR designation is desired but not required
