Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior People Operations Manager to drive operational excellence across the employee lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a trusted advisor for complex employee questions and lead onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Ensure integrity and accuracy of HR systems while developing reporting dashboards and tracking compliance
  • Lead employee engagement initiatives, performance management cycles, and coordinate professional development programs
Required Qualifications
  • Deep commitment to the organization's mission and values
  • 5+ years of experience in a senior role on a high-performing people operations or HR team
  • Experience advising managers and navigating complex employee relations
  • 3+ years of operational HR experience, including payroll processing and policy compliance
  • Exposure to DEIAB-focused HR initiatives and experience in fully remote organizations
