Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted advisor for complex employee questions and lead onboarding and offboarding processes
- Ensure integrity and accuracy of HR systems while developing reporting dashboards and tracking compliance
- Lead employee engagement initiatives, performance management cycles, and coordinate professional development programs
Required Qualifications
- Deep commitment to the organization's mission and values
- 5+ years of experience in a senior role on a high-performing people operations or HR team
- Experience advising managers and navigating complex employee relations
- 3+ years of operational HR experience, including payroll processing and policy compliance
- Exposure to DEIAB-focused HR initiatives and experience in fully remote organizations
